The method
A decision process, run properly.
Career choice fails when it is treated as a single conversation. We treat it as a sequence, and we show our working at each step.
- 01
Discover yourself
You answer 41 questions across seven areas: interests, aptitude, work preferences, current skills, values, goals and practical constraints. Nothing is timed, and you can pause and resume.
- 02
Understand your career fit
Your answers become a profile of scores. Each career in our library has a defined target profile, and we compare the two, area by area, to produce a fit score out of 100.
- 03
Explore your options
You can open any career to see the day-to-day reality, the education route, entry and mid-career earnings, and where your profile diverges from the role.
- 04
Build your roadmap
Choosing a career generates a staged plan — foundation, capability, proof of work and entry — with milestones you can mark off as you go.
- 05
Talk to an expert
A counsellor reads your assessment and your matches, adds context a model cannot see, and either approves the plan or rewrites it with you.
Where AI is used — and where it isn't
The scoring is deterministic. Your fit for a career is arithmetic on your answers, so it is repeatable and we can show you the breakdown. AI is used for two things only: explaining your results in plain language, and answering your follow-up questions with your profile in view. It never invents your scores, and it never replaces the counsellor's judgement.
