Refund Policy

Effective date: 19 September 2026 This Refund Policy applies to payments made directly to Candid Jobs Consultant through or in connection with candidjobs.com. 1. Free services Candidate account creation, the standard career assessment, the resume builder and standard job posting are currently offered without charge. Because no payment is collected for these services, no monetary refund applies. 2. Paid services Paid services may include career counselling and premium employer services. The price, inclusions and delivery arrangements will be shown or agreed before payment. A full refund may be requested before the purchased session or service has started or been activated. 3. Requesting a refund Email admin@candidjobs.com or use the Contact page. Include your registered email address, payment date, amount, transaction reference and the service purchased. We will review and respond to the request within seven working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time taken to appear is controlled by the bank or payment provider. 4. Non-refundable items Completed counselling sessions, activated or used premium services, and work already delivered are not refundable, except where required by applicable law. Missed appointments are not refundable when the agreed service provider was available at the scheduled time. 5. Rescheduling and service problems If you cannot attend a counselling session, contact us before it begins. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule, subject to availability. If Candid Jobs Consultant cancels a paid service and cannot provide a suitable alternative, you may choose a rescheduled service or a full refund. 6. Duplicate or incorrect charges Report a duplicate or incorrect charge promptly using the contact details above. Once verified, it will be refunded to the original payment method. 7.
