Paid services Where a paid counselling session or premium employer service has been purchased, a refund can be requested before the service is delivered. 3. Requesting a refund Send your request through the contact form with your registered email and the details of the purchase. We respond to refund requests within seven working days. 4. Non-refundable items Sessions already delivered and services already used are not refundable.
