Resume builder and automated features Files and text submitted to the resume builder are processed only to generate the requested resume and are not retained by Candid Jobs after processing. Career and job suggestions are decision-support tools, not guarantees of suitability, interviews or employment. Employers remain responsible for their hiring decisions. 5. Retention and security We retain account and service records only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the platform. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. 6. Your choices and rights You can update your profile, remove profile entries and switch employer visibility off through your account. You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or raise a privacy concern, by contacting us.
